We're looking for somebody with a keen interest in eCommerce SEO to join our team. You'll manage your own list of clients and help them achieve their marketing goals using creative thinking and digital knowledge. You'll have a whole team behind you as well as additional training opportunities in line with your progression plans to help you continuously attain fantastic digital results.

Here's what you can expect to be doing on a daily basis when you join our team:

  • Plan short and long-term organic strategies in line with client goals. You'll be responsible for the planning, prioritisation, implementation and reporting of technical, on-page and off-page organic SEO.
  • Implement optimisation tactics that sit within your clients' budgets while taking into consideration user experience and brand strategy.
  • Work with the wider team including the copywriting, creative content, PPC, web dev and social teams to create multi-discipline strategies, ensuring that everything we do works towards short and long term objectives.
  • Communicate and report back to clients on where we're at with their strategy, feedback on progress and discuss next steps.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships by doing what's best for them at all times and communicating clearly.
  • Help to streamline internal processes to improve the performance of our client projects. We are always eager to learn and improve.

Essential Skills and Experience

We're more interested in the person behind the role, but it would be invaluable if you had the following:

  • At least two year's experience in an SEO-orientated role, this could be in-house or agency side. You'll have the freedom to direct your strategies how you see best, so we'd love to hear about previous campaigns you've led on.
  • Experience in planning and implementing organic strategies. You'll be working with a great team of specialists across multiple disciplines to help you achieve fantastic things for your clients.
  • Attention to detail so you can get to the heart of what your clients want and need and implement plans to achieve them.
  • Good numeracy, written and verbal skills.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Search Console. We can help you learn and deepen your knowledge, however, we do ask that you know the basics already.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel and similar tools so that we can send all key information to clients in an accessible format.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team.
  • A mindset for continuous learning. We're looking for someone who loves to keep up with best practices, technology and tools.
  • Quick-thinking. While we all work together to get the best results possible, you will have full autonomy and responsibility for your SEO accounts.
  • Working knowledge of digital tools such as Screaming Frog, Sistrix, Botify, AWR, SEMrush, Moz, KWFinder and more.

Additional Skills

These aren't essential, and we offer training as part of this role, however, we'd love to hear if you have the following:

  • An undergraduate degree in marketing, media, communications or other creative disciplines such as English or similar.
  • Good understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • An accreditation in Google Analytics, Google Ads and similar.
  • An understanding of digital data and how to creatively represent it to give your client full transparency and understanding of how their SEO campaigns are performing.
  • CRO experience.
