SEO Manager

We are PACIFIC – a digital media company that delivers integrated marketing solutions looking for a SEO Manager to lead client strategy development for a variety of brands and industries. This SEO Manager needs to be comfortable managing a team of SEO Specialists while also tackling any and every SEO challenge or project thrown their way. You have a passion for organic search and want to join a team always striving to push the boundaries of SEO.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and execute SEO strategies for multiple clients, such as Expedia, Petco, CVS, Client Giant, American Home Shield
• Perform comprehensive organic landscape audits
• Pull competitive data and observations through 3rd party tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and BrightEdge
• Extract & analyze key performance metrics from Google Analytics, Qlikview, Adobe Analytics, or other performance dashboards
• Develop & own performance monitoring reports and KPIs
• Work directly with the clients to execute tasks, handle feedback, and deliver strategies
• Manage, train, and coordinate with a team of SEO Specialists
• Effective manage your time across projects and work with Supervisors to ensure projects are completed on a structured timeline

Must Haves:

• 3 – 5 years of SEO experience in the digital marketing space (agency experience a plus)
• Experience with rank tracking tools like SEOClarity or STAT
• Experience with site crawlers like Screaming Frog, Botify, or DeepCrawl
• Experience working directly with clients face to face in an agency setting
• Has excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Sheets
• Has expertise with Google Search Console & Google Analytics
• Desire to advance skillset and grow within the agency
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirited and a self-starter; able to work both independently and in a team environment

Skills of Interest:

• Experience with Paid Search
• Experience with Insights & Analytics platforms or languages, such as Python, SQL, or PHP
